Document Description
The applicant proposes to open a mini-mart (convenience store - non-franchise variety) in an existing 3,861 square foot building on a 9,100 square foot lot on Front Street in downtown Soledad. The building was the former site of an auto parts store. No expansion of the building is proposed. Approximately 1,4000 square feet of retail area is proposed; the remainder is used as storage, office or other areas not designated for public access. The existing building is 14 feet high with a "false" front facade of approximately 18 feet high.
