Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to upgrade State Route 198 from an expressway to a freeway including the conversion of at-grade access at State Route 198/19th Avenue to a partial (half) clover interchange. In addition, on State Route 198, auxiliary lanes will be added between State Route 41 and 19th Avenue. At-grade access at 18-1/2 Avenue (Vine Street) will be eliminated and replaced with cul-de-sacs for turnarounds.
