Document Description
The Bee Canyon project is the proposed development of 556 factory-built housing units will be certified by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development. The project will also include one recreation lot, six park lots, one flood control lot and eleven open space lots, three of which will be located within the functional natural habitat. Development will occur on approximately 135 acres; the remainder of the site, approximately 76 acres, will be retained in a largely natural and undisturbed condition.
