Document Description
The proposed project is a request to allow the construction and operation of a four-story stucco hotel with a 1,217 s.f. porte cochere. The hotel will have 112 guestrooms, a parking lot with 117 parking spaces, an 8" high CMV retaining wall, a pool including a concrete deck, a trash enclosure, and a pole sign as well as a monument sign wall. The proposed establishment will be a 24-hour operation with a maximum of four employees working each of the three shifts.
