The proposed project would renovate and expand the Geffen Playhouse building located at 10886 Le Conte Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90024. The project involves provision of a two-story plus mezzanine addition to house a second smaller stage on the east side of the building, and a second floor addition to the west side of the existing structure to provide administrative and support space. Renovation would provide life-safety, accessibility and program improvements. The proposed project design is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior Standards and Guidelines for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
