Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide 67.7 acres into 14.4-acre minimum single-family residential lots. A private access road will be constructed off of Pine Street through the center of the property with driveways to each of the proposed house pads. Water lines will be extended through the property approximately 2670 feet, and all of the sites will be on individual septic systems.
