Document Description
The amendments to Rule 4901 are intended to remedy the rule's deficiencies identified by USEPA, make Rule 4901 fully approvable by USEPA , and to implement Best Available Control Measures as required by the Federal Clean Air Act. Rule 4901 applies to all wood burning fireplaces and wood burning heaters all cities and counties within the San Joaquin Valley Air Basin, including Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced, Tulare, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and the San Joaquin valley portion of Kern County.
