Document Description
The proposed project calls for a not-to-exceed total of 1,431 residential dwelling units. The West Campus would be developed with a maximum of 696 residential units and would include the removal of a number of existing structures, including Ambassador Auditorium. Conversion of historic mansions for residential, office, and/or visitor-serving uses would also occur on the West Campus. The East Campus is proposed as a higher density residential neighborhood with a maximum of 735 new dwelling units. A small amount of neighborhood serving retail development is also contemplated for the East Campus.
