Document Description
A steelhead migration passage impediment exists near the Jalama Road Bridge crossing over Salsipuedes Creek. The impediment is a concrete grade control structure immediately downstream of the bridge that spans the width of the active channel and acts to preserve the integrity of the bridge. The project will modify the structure to create a migration path for fish during low flow periods, by constructing three step pools in the bedrock outcrop situated along the bank.
