Document Description
A general plan amendment is proposed to change the designation of the area occupied by the existing apartments, along with the expansion from low density residential to medium density residential. A rezoning is also being proposed for the approximately 15 acre project site to change the existing zoning from PD 4500 to PD 3000, planned development zone. This would bring the entire apartment complex into clear consistency with the general plan and zoning code. The approximately 7 acre remainder would retain the existing low density residential designation and PD 4500 planned development zone to be subdivided into 22 single family lots and a one acre remainder for future development as a daycare preschool facility.
