Document Description
The Operator proposes to excavate the existing earthen bankline and construct a series of three retaining walls to produce a tiered effect, which will include a flat concrete pad and sand beach area at the lowest level. Access will be provided through the construction of a concrete block stairway. All construction and grading shall maintain a level 1 ft. above and 3 ft. behind the Ordinary High Water Mark (O.H.W.M.).
