Document Description
The grading associated with L 13368 proposes large, flat lots, very different from the approved terraced lots of the original Tentative Map. The D1 Special Area Regulations Designator that is on the project site requires that single-family dwellings incorporate terraced foundations to reduce grading, avoid contiguous stair-stepped padded lots, and retain a more natural appearance. Additionally, the designator includes that the proposed grading shall blend with the provided a report entitled Visual Impact Study.
