Document Description
On behalf of several participating agencies (County Flood Control, Chino Basin Water Conservation District, Chino Basin Watermaster), Inland Empire Utilities Agency served as the lead agency for a proposal to use the existing Upland Basin within the Chino Basin to recharge storm water, imported water, and recycled water. The basin will be modified within its eisting footprint to create conservation storage and management areas, which will ultimately allow recharge of up to 9,700 AFY of mixed water sources.
