Document Description
The City of Healdsburg Department of Community Services will construct and maintain the six (6) acre A.L. Barbieri Public Park. The first phase would build the park within the three (3) acres owned by the Healdsburg Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District (HLAD), but would not include the use of the upper detention basin owned by the City and used for flood protection. Phase II would include park development of three (3) additional acres in the adjacent upper detention basin.
