The applicant proposes two activities. Activity #1: Replace existing crossing facilities with dipped, rocked ford crossings on Class II and Class III watercourses at map points 3.3, 3.4, 4.2, and 4.3, and Activity #2: Replace existing permanent culverts on Class II watercourses with a 30-foot long, 24-inch culvert at map point 3.5, a 20-foot long 36-inch culvert at map point 4.1, and a 20-foot long 24-inch culvert at map point 2.7 (a crossing below the small pond about 150 feet to the east of the barns on Road 2). Work within the stream channels shall be confined to the period of April 15 to October 15.
