CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2003-035) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, MRF-Groves Development LP. The applicant is proposing to develop Planning Areas 3 and 5 of the Spring Mountain Ranch Specific Plan. Planning Area 3 contains 145 lots on 70.3 acres and 70.8 acres of an open space conservation easement. Planning Area 5 contains 270 lots on 97.5 acres. The project will impact 5.81 acres of ephemeral drainages and riparian habitat.
