The applicant proposes four activities: Activity #1 involves installing an 89-foot bridge across Hayworth Creek (Class I watercourse and tributary to the Noyo River). Activity #2 involves upgrading an existing Humboldt type crossing in a Class II watercourse (unnamed tributary to Hayworth Creek) to a culvert type crossing. Activities 3 and 4 involve drafting water from Class I watercourse pools located on hayworth Creek (WH2). All activities are within map sections 33 and 34, T19N, R15W of the Northspur 7.5' quad USGS map. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0025-AMENDED, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. david Frykman, Mendocino Redwood Company.
