This project is the development of wireless communications facilities from the Inyo/Kern County line to the community of Lone Pine, adjacent to U.S. Highway 395. Four sites are the co-location of antennas and related facilities on existing facilities (towers), and two sites to be determined in the future in the Sage Flat and the Cartago areas.
