Document Description
Rehabilitate the fourth floor of the Leland Stanford Mansion for adaptive use (offices, meeting areas, and mechanical/storage). Work will include restoring historic pain, wood trim, and floor finishes; install/upgrading of mechanical systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, HVAC, fire, security); and reconstruction of the grand staircase and skylight above the stairs. All work will be consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and the California Historic Building Code.
