Document Description
The project is the attached draft planning report that is intended to provide guidance to the decision makers at the Orange County Water District when addressing various land use issues involving District property behind Prado Dam. The residents of central and north Orange County will ultimately be the beneficiaries of the draft report in so far as the District's decision makers are able to receive guidance from it to better achieve the District's goal of conserving water stored behind Prado Dam for eventual use in groundwater replenishment activities in Orange County.
