Document Description
Replace a substandard 10 x 50 trailer at Sunset State Beach with a 24 x 60 modular office to provide adequate space for staff and interpretive needs. Work will include minor site leveling to accommodate adequate space for staff on the existing trailer pad; trenching approximately 4 inch x 2 foot x 100 foot to connect to an existing 4 inch drain line leading to a 1500 gallon septic tank; trenching 4 inch x 2 feet x 15 inch to a water connection.
