To relocated sheer boom from left bank to right bank. The purpose is to redirect the debris from the land owner's pump to the right bank for better removal of the debris. There was an existing ramp on the right bank that has been overgrown with brush. The project will include removal of the brush from the existing ramp, redirecting sheer boom, and repair of the existing ramp on the right bank.
