Document Description
The Procurement Division of the Department of General Services proposes to lease approximately 45,000 square feet of warehouse, office, and open yard space to adequately centralize the PD's Stores and Transit Storage Programs in Anaheim, Orange County, California. Eighteen State Staff will be employed at this site with approximately 150 visitors that will be seen on a weekly basis. Five exclusive parking spaces and fifty onsite public and handicap spaces will be provided at this location and two local transit services within a 1/4 mile of this facility. A 500-gallon propane tank will be placed within the yard area to accommodate operation of the propane forklifts.
