Document Description
The site consists of two privately owned parcels, and was operated by Ralcco as a recycling center. In the first part of 2002, Ralcco ceased operations and abandoned the site. Waste types abandoned on-site inlcude approximately 1,200 cubic yards of wood waste, 500 cubic yards of trash/litter, 300 cubic yards of missed plastics, 240 cubic yards of glass, and 160 cubic yards of paper/cardboard. In addition, the operator abandoned roll-off bins/hoppers collection machines with storage for recyclable items, trash bins, curbside collection containers, vehicles, trailers, and sorting equipment used for recycling materials.
