Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to construct a new parking area consisting of 17 parking stalls, graded to approximately the same elevation of the existing adjacent parking lot. The work will also include the removal of existing potable water supply equipment, including two water tanks, a compressor, control panels, a wooden shed, concrete slab, restroom, and underground utilities, as well as relocating an 8-inch water line. Metropolitan proposes to replace these water facilities with a 20-foot by 26-foot concrete slab for a new water tank, compressor, and electrical panel that would be used to supply potable water to the Administrative Building. New lighting will also be installed around the parking and equipment areas.
