Document Description
Destroy two groundwater wells and associated above ground wells and structures. The wells are located on a parcel owned by the City of Carlsbad southeast of the Mission Avenue and Foussat Road intersection in the City of Oceanside. It is anticipated that all work activities will take up to one week to complete and will occur in May or June 2003.
