Document Description
The remedial activities include excavation, removal, stabilization, and off-site disposal of approximately 250 cubic yards of near surface lead contaminated soils in a residential area. Based on the prior site characterization, the depth of the excavation will typically be two feet below ground surface. Excavation and backfilling activities are expected to last one week, and landscape activities another two weeks. DTSC plans to being the RAW within four weeks after formal approval of the RAW and associated Health and Safety Plan.
