The applicant proposes to construct two bypass gas lines to allow for scheduled internal inspection equipment on long unsupported spans. Construction and removal of temporary span supports will be by handcrew. The project would temporary impact 0.005 acres of ephemeral stream bank and channel and dry desert wash bank and channel along the 75 mile pipeline.
