Document Description
The 1601 Maintenance Agreement between Caltrans, District 08, and the California Department of Fish and Game (File No. 6-2003-Caltrans MA), would allow Caltrans to perform the following routine maintenance work, in improved and un-improved channels without further notice and agreement in compliance with Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code.
1. Removal of debris or obstructions
2. Removal of sand, silt, or sediment
3. Vegetation control
4. Minor repair of existing facilities
