Document Description
The operator proposes to construct an earthen dam across 2 unnamed tributaries to Pope Creek located at 2280 Barnett Road in Pope Valley, Napa County, to create an eight acre on-stream reservoir for domestic water use. The proposed dam will be approximately 200-linear feet long by 15-feet high by 15-foot top width with inboard slope of 3:1 and the outboard slope of 2:1. Issuance of a Steambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0973 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
