The Operator proposes to repair a section of bank and trim some vegetation impeding the flow to Whiteweather Creek located at 4047 E. Third Avenue, Napa, Napa County. The section of creek that will be impacted is from the gate at the bank failure to approximately 200-250 feet downstream just below the dirveway road culvert. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0076-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
