Document Description
Conduct archaeological testing within Furlong Gulch and Mammoth Rocks areas at Sonoma Coast State Beach. Excavate test pits at various locations and depths to evaluate areas for potential cultural resources and assess significance and integrity of any discovered artifacts. A DPR-qualified archaeologist will oversee project to ensure testing will be in strict compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's standards for treatment of cultural resources.
