Document Description
The applicant is proposing to remove the existing structure (restroom) and reconstruct a new 1,028 square foot restroom. The new restroom will be relocated to the northern portion of parcel 090-135-14. The proposed structure will enhance the scenic view by opening up the view of Lake Tahoe from Highway 28 and will be constructed of materials that better blend in with the surrounding environment.
