NOTE: Reference SCH# 2005031138. Harbor South Bay Water Recycling Project is the construction of the underground pipeline for recycled and portable water for the Lateral G -- Anza Lateral, Carson Mall Lateral, Mariposa Lateral, and Mills Park Lateral extensions. The proposed project is located within the cities of Torrance, El Segundo, and Carson of Los Angeles County, CA. This project is part of the West Basin Municipal Water District's (WBMWD) regional recycled water project. The WBMWD is a public agency and the local sponsor with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in this project, which distributes water local utility companies and municipal water departments. The proposed project is part of the ongoing development of the WBMWD service system.
