Document Description
Revision to the approved tentative map for phase two of the Windsor Creek Subdivision. Redesign is based on drainage improvement requirements, and includes increased roadway setback from Windsor Creek, and a decrease in the wetlands preserve adjacent to East Windsor Creek. The proposed subdivision would divide 11.75+/- acres. The existing tentative map also includes 19 residential lots. The project aslo includes a possible offsite extension of a Class 1 bike trail beneath the Northwestern Pacific Railroad trestle crossing East Windsor Creek.
