Document Description
The proposed Stockton Event Center, which consists of an approximately 5,000-seat baseball stadium, an approximately 10,000-seat professional arena, a 150-unit hotel complex, and an 88-unit apartment residential development, is located in downtown Stockton on approximately 24 acres immediately north of and adjacent to the Stockton Channel within the West End Redevelopment Area in San Joaquin County. The primary purpose of the proposed project is to provide the City with a regional sports facility.
