The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) propose to undertake a safety project on State Route (SR) 89 in Shasta County and Siskiyou County. The project is located in northeastern Shasta County, north of the community of Burney, on SR 89 between KP SHA 47.2/SIS 0.2 (PM SHA 29.3/SIS 0.1).
