Document Description
A Lot Line Adjustment between four legal parcels as determined by Certificate of Compliance (2002-20963-3), to result in four parcels with a total acreage of 27.2+/- acres. The southern most parcel is developed with the single family residence, and on-site sewage disposal system, and water source from Jacoby Creek. The other three parcels are vacant, however the California Department of Fish and Game has issued a Notice of Exemption for construction of a seep well located along the bank of an unnamed tributary to Jacoby Creek for the proposed on-site water source for the parcels, at the N.W. corner of the project. The parcels wil be served by on-site sewage disposal systems.
