To implement improvement plans necessary to change the center median on American Canyon Road at Highway 29, to lengthen the eastbound left-turn pocket to at least 200', to close the left turn access to the middle driveway entrance to the American Canyon Marketplace; and to restrict vehicle movement out of the most easterly driveway at the Safeway Gas Station, Prior to construction of the complex, a Mitigated Negative Declaration was written - this project corrects a traffic mitigation measure that has proved unsuccessful.
