Revised Tentative Parcel Map (02T-104-1) to divide a 41+\- acre portion of the project site into two parcels of 20.8+\- and 19.4+\- acres each, zoned A-10:MX (Agricultural, ten acre minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion) and O (Open Space), and a Lot Line Adjustment of a 1.3+\- acre portion of the subject 41+\- acre parcel with a portion of Lot 109, a 4.8+\- acre parcel in the Ridgewood Unit 3 Subdivision, which is currently zoned RE-5:MX (Residential Estate, five acre minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion) and O (Open Space). The Lot Line Adjustment will enlarge Lot 109 to 5+ acres.
