The Thomas L. Berkley Square project is a mixed-use development project that would include Alameda County (government-institutional), office and commercial space, courtyard areas, parking, and housing. The main component of the project is construction of the Alameda County Social Services Administration headquarters and the North County Self-Sufficiency Center. Multi-family residential units and additional commercial space are also proposed within the project site as part of a future phase of development.
