A. Schematic Plan Amendment to allocate 25,500 square feet of office use into 56,066 +/- square feet of hotel use within the Gateway Centre PUD.
B. Special Permit to develop a 56,066 +/- square foot hotel with 95 units on 1.88 +/- gross acres in the Office Building Planned Unit Development (OB-PUD) zone within the Gateway Centre Planned Unit Development.
