Document Description
An addendum to the Capistrano Bridge Fish Passage Project initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration is needed to clarifier where excess dirt from the project will be placed. Soil from the creek excavation will be moved to Cattle Hill to be placed in severely eroded gullies as described in the Addendum. The soil will be placed and track walk compacted in small increments, with each section of the trail treated with erosion control best management practices including seeding and planting with native plants.
