Document Description
A request for approval of a land use permit to establish exploratory drilling and production facilities for a natural gas well on 1.3 acres of prime agricultural land. Facilities would include a drilling rig, pumps, tanks diesel engines, compressors and various other pieces of support equipment. The applicant anticipates that the operation would last no longer than 5 years. Pursuant to Division 3 of the Public Resources Code, the site would be returned to its pre-well state at the time the well operation ceases. The subject site is a vacant agricultural parcel located on the south side of Jersey Island Road on Jersey Island.
