Document Description
The project is a minor subdivision of an approximately 5.84 acre residential parcel into two parcels of approximately 2.53 acres gross and 3.31 acres gross. The existing single-family residence will remain on the proposed southern parcel; the proposed northern parcel is intended for future development of a single-family residence. The Rohnerville Airport is approximately 2,000 feet from the subject parcel. The subject parcel and the surround parcels are dominated by pasture vegetation, but contain remnant patches of coniferous forest with very little shrub layer. There are no wetland areas or streams on or adjacent to the subject parcels.
