Document Description
The project proposes to improve safety by widening the shoulders along the highway between Mill Street and Mountain View Street. As a result of the shoulder widening, utility relocation and reconstruction of the existing curb, gutter and sidewalks will be necessary. A free-spanning structure will be constructed on both sides of the East Weaver Creek Bridge to accommodate pedestrian traffic.
