The proposed project is located at the southwest corner of Dolores Street and 7th Street in Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. The site is currently occupied by a single story building approximately 8,000 square feet in floor area, a smaller detached office building, and a surface parking lot. The proposed project would demolish the existing structures, excavate a two-level underground garage (totaling approximately 26,600 square feet), and build two stories above grade with a mix of commercial office/retail space, four residential apartments, and four residential condominiums (totaling approximately 18,000 square feet).
