Document Description
The In-Lieu Water Banking Program involves a long term surface water exchange and groundwater banking and extraction program in Cawelo Water District with one or more partners. Cawelo Water District will construct additional canals, pipelines, pumping plants, and extraction wells, recharge basins and equalizing reservoirs for the delivery and recovery of banked groundwater as part of the In-Lieu Water Banking Program.
