Document Description
The main purpose of the Specific Plan is to develop a village atmosphere and appropriate land uses within the Mission District, which would allow certain parcels within the Specific Plan area to develop at higher intensities than currently allowed by the Municipal Code. The proposed project consists of a Specific Plan, coupled with a General Plan Amendment (Land Use and Circulation) and Zone Change. There are no specific development projects proposed in conjunction with the proposed Specific Plan.
