The proposed project is a tire remolding manufacture plant within an existing 13,500 square foot building located at 190 East San Antonio Drive and construction of a new 33,600 square foot facility on a vacant lot located at 199 East San Antonio Drive. The proposed project would manufacture used tires and recycle scrap rubber into refined and purified rubber crumb that can be reused to make additional rubber products (e.g. garden hoses).
